How to Use

1) Mix into your drink:
Add ½ tsp of both Reishi and Tremella directly to your coffee, tea or smoothie for a calming & hydrating effect.

2) Prepare as a Relaxation Tea:
Mix ½ tsp of both Reishi and Tremella with boiled water for a delicious mushroom tea. Add milk or sweetener if needed.

What do they taste like?

The mushrooms have a very mild, slightly nutty and earthy taste. They don't taste like regular culinary mushrooms.

The taste is not overpowering so you won't taste them in your coffee or smoothie.
How much should I take daily?

Our mushrooms have a high level of active compounds, so starting with 1.5-2 g (½ tsp) per mushroom is all you need.
